Refunds / Cancellation POLICY – 3/8/2024

 

On-Demand Webinars:

  • All membership/subscription fees paid to SDR are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • Extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.  Please email our customer support at support@seismicreview.com,

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your membership/subscription.

 

SDR Workbook and SDR Practice Exams:

  • If you are not satisfied with the SDR Workbook and/or SDR Practice Exams, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • To initiate a refund request, please email our customer support at support@seismicreview.com.

  • Include your order number, name, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  • We will review your request and guide you through the process.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request if approved.

  • Please note that the SDR Workbook and/or SDR Practice Exams must be unused and returned in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs and non-refundable processing fees (by Wix.com or PayPal) are non-refundable.

  • Any unauthorized distribution or sharing of SDR materials will void the refund eligibility.
