On-Demand Webinars:

• On-Demand Webinar subscriptions are fulfilled at the time payment is received.

• Access to the On-Demand Webinars is for a period of 4 months or until you pass the CSP exam, whichever comes first.

• You decide the start date of your 4 months access during the purchase process.

 

SDR Book Bundle, SDR Workbook, and SDR Practice Exams:

• All book orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement via USPS mail.  SDR Book Bundle orders and SDR Workbook orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.  SDR Practice Exams book orders ship via USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate padded envelope.

• USPS Ground advantage estimates 3 to 5 business days for delivery for most of the continental United States.  USPS Priority Mail estimates 2 to 3 business days for delivery for most of the continental United States.
